Accessibility Statement

Last updated 1 October 2026

HAPPCASE wants everyone to be able to design and order a custom pet case. This statement applies to happcase.com and is made in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and Lithuanian law implementing it.

Standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as referenced by the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working on the known limitations listed below.

What we have done

  • text and buttons use colour contrast that meets WCAG AA
  • the shop and the case creator can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines
  • animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion
  • form fields have labels and clear error messages
  • pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens
  • dialogs can be closed with the Escape key and keep focus inside while open

Known limitations

  • some customer and inspiration photos do not yet have detailed text descriptions
  • AI-generated portraits are visual artwork and cannot be fully described automatically
  • progress while a portrait is being created may not be announced in full by every screen reader

If any part of the shop is hard to use, contact us and we will help you complete your order by email.

Feedback and contact

Tell us about any accessibility problem at hello@happcase.com. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
